Sometimes I think the people on my TV screen understand human behavior better than I do. Other times, I realized I just overanalyze everything: alliances, friendships, what someone said in passing. Either way, that’s the point of this space.

Off the record is my diary of thoughts, takes, and occasional rants about pop culture, reality TV, and the little ways the stories we consume leak into real life. I’ll share what makes me laugh, groan, or stop and think.
